Ð’ обзоре оÑвещены оÑновные проблемы криоконÑÐµÑ€Ð²Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… продуктов наÑекомых, а также разработанные на ÑегоднÑшний день подходы к их решению. ОÑобенноÑти процедур криоконÑÐµÑ€Ð²Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñмбрионов и Ñперматозоидов наÑекомых обÑуждаютÑÑ Ð² Ñравнительном аÑпекте Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ криоконÑÐµÑ€Ð²Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… продуктов других видов. ПредÑтавлена ÐºÑ€Ð°Ñ‚ÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ…Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ñтика видов, на которых раÑÑмотрены протоколы криоконÑервированиÑ, обоÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ð²Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ…Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑŒ долгоÑрочного Ñ…Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ñ… генетичеÑкого материала. Виды наÑекомых, Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ… приведены разработанные методики низкотемпературного хранениÑ, Ñгруппированы в обзоре по ÑиÑтематичеÑким такÑонам (отрÑдам).
