Экологическая ниша как фактор, определяющий криорезистентность сперматозоидов рыб

Аннотация

Ð’ работе проведено Ñравнение криорезиÑтентноÑти Ñперматозоидов рыб из разных ÑкологичеÑких ниш и объÑÑнена природа различий на оÑновании результатов ÑобÑтвенных иÑÑледований и данных других авторов. С иÑполь-зованием методов криоконÑÐµÑ€Ð²Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ визуальной  оценки подвижноÑти Ñпермы  уÑтановлены Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð¸Ñ ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ð¾Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð¸Ñ-тентноÑти Ñперматозоидов рыб, нереÑÑ‚ÑщихÑÑ Ð² преÑной воде при температуре 0...10°С  (6 видов лоÑоÑевых рыб),  18...25°С (5 пород карпов) и морÑкой воде при 16...25°С (кефаль-Ñингиль). УÑтановлено, что количеÑтвенные и качеÑтвенные Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð¸Ñ Ð² подвижноÑти размороженной Ñпермы рыб из разных ÑкологичеÑких ниш, обуÑловлены разной прочноÑтью меж-молекулÑрных ÑвÑзей липидов мембран и Ñоотношением между компонентами, определÑющим образование гидрофильных пор при фазовых переходах липидов
