Ð’ работе оÑвещены результаты иÑÑледований молекулÑрных модификаций белков холодоадаптированных организмов. СоглаÑно имеющимÑÑ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ такие модификации доÑтигаютÑÑ Ð¿ÑƒÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ замены аминокиÑлотных оÑтатков в белковой молекуле, ÑÐ¾ÐºÑ€Ð°Ñ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‡Ð¸Ñла водородных ÑвÑзей и Ñолевых моÑтиков, ÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½ÑŒÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ð¸Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾Ñти. Указанные модификации увеличивают гибкоÑÑ‚ÑŒ макромолекул, что обеÑпечивает их функциональноÑÑ‚ÑŒ. ОбÑуждаетÑÑ Ñ€Ð¾Ð»ÑŒ внутри-молекулÑрных взаимодейÑтвий в Ñтабилизации белков и их функциональном ÑоÑтоÑнии в диапазоне низких температур.
