Молекулярные особенности белков про- и эукариот, обладающих естественной адаптацией к низким температурам

Анотація

У роботі виÑвітлено результати доÑліджень молекулÑрних модифікацій білків холодоадаптованих організмів. Згідно з Ñ–Ñнуючими даними такі модифікації доÑÑгаютьÑÑ ÑˆÐ»Ñхом заміни амінокиÑлотних залишків у білковій молекулі, ÑÐºÐ¾Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ Ñ‡Ð¸Ñла водневих зв'Ñзків та Ñольових міÑтків, Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ Ð³Ñ–Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ–. Зазначені модифікації збільшують гнучкіÑÑ‚ÑŒ макромолекул, що забезпечує Ñ—Ñ… функціональніÑÑ‚ÑŒ. ОбговорюєтьÑÑ Ñ€Ð¾Ð»ÑŒ внутрішньомолекулÑрних взаємодій у Ñтабілізації білків та Ñ—Ñ… функціональному Ñтані в діапазоні низьких температур.
